We want our guests to enjoy a timeless experience during their visit to our resort. Therefore, we kindly ask that you follow the house rules below:

On swimwear days, wearing swimwear is mandatory throughout the entire resort.

Slippers are required. However, wearing slippers inside the saunas is not allowed.

Bringing your own food or drinks is not permitted.

To maintain peace and quiet, watches, mobile phones, and other electronic devices may only be used in the reception area.

To protect the privacy of all our guests, taking photos or videos is not allowed.

In the SaunaLodge, Restaurant Norell, Brasserie Bubbels, on the terraces, and in all relaxation areas, a bathrobe must be worn.

Guests must follow the instructions of the Thermen Bad Nieuweschans staff.
Disruptive behavior — including verbal, non-verbal, inappropriate, or unwanted physical behavior — will not be tolerated.
Guests who do not comply will be asked to leave the resort immediately after full payment. -
Personal belongings can be stored in your locker.

For hygienic reasons, towels are not allowed in the SaunaLodge, Restaurant Norell, or Brasserie Bubbels.

Reserving loungers, benches, or chairs is not allowed.

Water bottles are not permitted inside the saunas.

To ensure peace and relaxation for all guests, silence is highly appreciated in all sauna facilities.

The management is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Smoking is not allowed inside Thermen Bad Nieuweschans or on the terraces. Designated smoking areas are available.

Guests aged 12 and older are welcome. Guests between 12 and 16 years old may visit only when accompanied by an adult.
A valid ID is required, and staff may ask for identification in case of doubt. -
If you have a discount voucher, please present it upon check-in.
If you cannot provide the voucher, no discount will be granted.
